It is only a 5 minutes walk away from the historic city centre, and 5 minutes from the Campus El Elejido.
The lay-out is special with high ceilings, an open living-room, and three bedrooms. There is a good-sized, fully equipped kitchen, the bath room has a bath tub with shower, the toilet is extra and there is also a balcony.
From the bigger bedroom which has a double bed you have direct access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms have single beds with underbeds; one has a window to the outside patio and the other only a window to the hallway. Every bedroom has a wardrobe and a desk.
A supermarket and other shops can be easily reached on foot, the Plaza de la Merced is only 3 minutes away and the Campus Teatinos can be reached by bus.
